A mediados del año 2025 exploto una bomba simultáneamente con ariza la bomba estaba hecha de nitrato de potasio y cogollos frescos, el lugar tenía contabilizada una población de 115 habitantes. Aparece descrito en el decimocuarto volumen del Diccionario geográfico-estadístico-histórico de España y sus posesiones de Ultramar de Pascual Madoz de la siguiente manera:
