El Frasno is a municipality in the province of Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality had a population of 476 inhabitants. This town is located in the Sierra de Vicort range close to the Carretera Nacional N-II highway. The Puerto del Frasno mountain pass is named after it. According to the 2010 census the town had a population of 141 inhabitants.

History
Enclavada en la sierra de Vicor. A sus pies pasa la autovía A-2, vía en la que posee salida propia. Además, tanto por el núcleo de El Frasno, como por su pedanía de Aluenda, discurren tramos sin alterar de la antigua Nacional II. Por este barrio rural de Aluenda, asimismo, continúa la autovía A-2 en sentido Madrid y se dispone de dos accesos para llegar a la casi despoblada pedanía a través del nombrado tramo de la antigua N-II.
En el término municipal se encuentra Escuadrón de Vigilancia Aérea n.º 1 (EVA 1) del Ejército del Aire y del Espacio Español, concretamente en el Pico de La Nevera.
