Sant Ferriol (Catalan pronunciation: [ˈsaɱ fəriˈɔl]) is a village in the province of Girona and autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain. The municipality covers an area of 42.26 square kilometres (16.32 sq mi) and the population in 2014 was 240.

Sus pequeños núcleos de población se encuentran esparcidos por los valles de los ríos Fluviá y Ser, la riera de Junyell, y de las montañas de las sierras del Torn y la sierra del Mor. Es el Santuario de San Ferreol el que ha dado nombre al municipio.
