Crespià (Catalan pronunciation: [kɾəspiˈa]) is a village in the province of Girona and autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain. The municipality covers an area of 11.4 square kilometres (4.4 sq mi) and the population in 2014 was 245.

A mediados del siglo XIX, el lugar, ya por entonces con ayuntamiento propio, tenía contabilizada una población de 452 habitantes. Aparece descrito en el séptimo volumen del Diccionario geográfico-estadístico-histórico de España y sus posesiones de Ultramar de Pascual Madoz con las siguientes palabras:
