Robledillo de Trujillo

Robledillo de Trujillo is a municipality located in the province of Cáceres, Extremadura, Spain. According to the 2006 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 454 inhabitants.
History
En Robledillo de don Trujillo, (Cáceres), se halló una estela de granito decorada con grabados de escudo, espada y lanza. Está datada en la Edad del Bronce (siglos IX-VIII a. C.)
En 1594 formaba parte de la Tierra de Trujillo en la provincia de Trujillo.
A la caída del Antiguo Régimen la localidad se constituye en municipio constitucional en la región de Extremadura, entonces conocido como Robledillo. Desde 1834 quedó integrado en el partido judicial de Trujillo. En el censo de 1842 contaba con 170 hogares y 931 vecinos.
A mediados del siglo XIX el lugar tenía contabilizadas 160 casas. Aparece descrito en el decimotercer volumen del Diccionario geográfico-estadístico-histórico de España y sus posesiones de Ultramar de Pascual Madoz de la siguiente manera:
