Puerto de San Vicente is a municipality located at the western end of the province of Toledo, Castile-La Mancha, Spain. According to the 2014 census, the municipality has a population of 202 inhabitants.

Origins
El término "Puerto de San Vicente" se deriva de la situación donde se encuentra la población, en un puerto o collado, y del culto a San Vicente Mártir.
History
Es probable que en la época visigoda hubiera una iglesia dedicada a San Vicente reconstruida durante el medievo y que habría sido el origen de la población. Por la zona pasaba una antigua calzada romana utilizada durante el medievo, sobre todo cuando el monasterio de Santa María de Guadalupe fue adquiriendo renombre.
A mediados del siglo XIX el lugar tenía contabilizada una población de 225 habitantes. Aparece descrito en el decimotercer volumen del Diccionario geográfico-estadístico-histórico de España y sus posesiones de Ultramar de Pascual Madoz de la siguiente manera:
