Su término municipal está formado las localidades de Amatos de Salvatierra, Castillejo, La Dueña de Abajo, La Dueña de Arriba, Pedrosillo de los Aires, Herreros de Salvatierra, Las Cuestas, Valdejerruz y Villar de Salvatierra, las cuatro últimas despobladas, ocupa una superficie total de 70,39 km² y según los datos demográficos recogidos en el padrón municipal elaborado por el INE en el año 2025, cuenta con 312 habitantes.
