La Guingueta d'Àneu (Catalan pronunciation: [la ɣiŋˈgeta ˈðanew]) is a municipality in the comarca of the Pallars Sobirà in Catalonia, Spain. It is situated in the valley of the Noguera Pallaresa river below the reservoir of La Torrassa. It is linked to Sort by the C-147 road. It has a population of 278 (register office, 2025) .
History
Se encuentra en el valle de Aneo al este de la Noguera Pallaresa. Comprende un área bastante extensa desde el centro de la comarca hasta el extremo norte. Es una zona montañosa, con pastos para el ganado bovino y ovino, por la que discurre el río Unarre y sus afluentes. Está enclavado en su término el embalse de la Torrasa.
