Castejón de Sos (Spanish: [kasteˈxon de ˈsos]), in Benasquese: Castilló de Sos, is a municipality located in the province of Huesca, Aragon, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality had a population of 731 inhabitants.
History
A mediados del siglo XIX, el lugar tenía contabilizada una población de 96 habitantes. Aparece descrito en el sexto volumen del Diccionario geográfico-estadístico-histórico de España y sus posesiones de Ultramar de Pascual Madoz de la siguiente manera:
Según el INE del año 2024, la localidad por sí misma cuenta con 667 habitantes.
