Beniflá (Spanish: [beniˈfla]; Valencian: Beniflà [beniˈfla]) is a municipality in the region of Safor in the Valencian Country, Spain. As the crow flies, it is approximately 63 km (39 miles) away from Valencia.

History
Antigua alquería de origen musulmán, cuyo territorio pertenecía al término general del Rebollet. Tras la conquista mantuvo su población musulmana hasta la expulsión de los moriscos en 1609, fecha en que tenía algo más de 100 habitantes. Perteneció a la familia de los Carroç y al ducado de Gandía. Hasta finales del siglo XVII estuvo prácticamente deshabitada, iniciando entonces una recuperación demográfica que la llevó a lograr los 360 habitantes en 1794. A principios del siglo XIX se abandonó el cultivo de la morera, y a consecuencia de la recesión económica que supuso, la población sufrió un descenso progresivo.
Monuments
Iglesia de Sant Jaume (Santiago Apóstol). La primera construcción data del siglo XVI. De estilo morisco, su arquitectura presenta una nave rectangular con cubierta a dos aguas necesitando, su tejado, el soporte de un arco de medio punto.
Antiguo lavadero municipal (El Llavador). Restaurado en el año 1976, dispone de un enlosado de 6,25 m de longitud y 0,50 anchura.
Molí de Beniflà (también Molí Vell de Beniflà). Se estima que su construcción pueda datar de los siglos XIV o XV. Se trata de un antiguo molino hidráulico harinero, en el que se molían trigo y maíz. Actualmente se encuentra en proceso de rehabilitación.
Ruta de los Monasterios de Valencia. Beniflá se encuentra enclavado dentro del itinerario de esta ruta monumental y cultural inaugurada en 2008, que discurre por la localidad.
