Baños de Tajo is a municipality located in the province of Guadalajara, Castile-La Mancha, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 29 inhabitants.
History
Hacia mediados del siglo XIX, el lugar tenía contabilizada una población de 176 habitantes. La localidad aparece descrita en el tercer volumen del Diccionario geográfico-estadístico-histórico de España y sus posesiones de Ultramar de Pascual Madoz de la siguiente manera:
Hasta la reforma de la nomenclatura municipal de 1916 el municipio se llamaba simplemente Baños. En dicha fecha su nombre fue modificado por el de Baños de Tajo.
