Valacloche is a municipality located in the province of Teruel, Aragon, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 23 inhabitants. The name of Valacloche comes from Latin "Vallis Clavssa" that translates into English as "closed valley". This town is located at the feet of the Sierra de Javalambre, Sistema Ibérico. The citizens who live there are called "valaclochenses".

Hacia mediados del siglo XIX, el lugar tenía contabilizada una población de 92 habitantes. La localidad aparece descrita en el decimoquinto volumen del Diccionario geográfico-estadístico-histórico de España y sus posesiones de Ultramar de Pascual Madoz de la siguiente manera:

En la localidad hay una iglesia parroquial bajo la advocación de Nuestra Señora de Loreto. En el municipio también se encuentra el castillo de Valacloche, una estructura bajomedieval táctico-defensiva de los siglos XIII-XIV.
