Urraúl Bajo (Basque: Urraulbeiti) is a town and municipality located in the province and autonomous community of Navarre, northern Spain. According to the 2014 census, the municipality has a population of 290 inhabitants. The head office of the Global Ecovillage Network is located in the ecovillage Arterra Bizimodu which has been established in Urraúl Bajo in 2014.

History
El municipio se compone de los siguientes concejos: Artieda, Rípodas, San Vicente y Tabar; y de los siguientes lugares habitados: Aldunate, Nardués Aldunate, Nardués Andurra, Grez y Sansoáin. El término municipal también engloba el despoblado de Apardués.
Inicialmente adscrita a la zona no vascófona por la Ley Foral 18/1986, en junio de 2017 el Parlamento navarro aprobó el paso de Urraúl Bajo a la Zona mixta de Navarra.
El ayuntamiento tiene su sede en Artieda, la población mayor. Su gentilicio en euskera es urraulbeitiarra, tanto en masculino como en femenino.
