Tórtola de Henares (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈtoɾtola ðe eˈnaɾes]) is a municipality located in the province of Guadalajara, Castile-La Mancha, Spain. The municipality covers an area of 26.85 km2. It lies at 736 metres above sea level. As of 2018, it has a population of 1,012.

History
A mediados del siglo XIX, la villa tenía contabilizada una población de 551 habitantes. Aparece descrita en el decimoquinto volumen del Diccionario geográfico-estadístico-histórico de España y sus posesiones de Ultramar de Pascual Madoz de la siguiente manera:
Hasta la reforma de la nomenclatura municipal de 1916 el municipio se llamaba simplemente Tórtola. En dicha fecha su nombre fue modificado por el de Tórtola de Henares.
