Además de Pedraza de Alba, su municipio está formado por el despoblado de Gómez Velasco. Todo el término municipal ocupa una superficie total de 23,25 km² y según el padrón municipal elaborado por el INE en el año 2025, cuenta con una población de 214 habitantes.
