History
Históricamente, hay constancia de la existencia de Mironcillo desde 1414. Su nombre es debido a sus repobladores, de origen gallego y asturiano.
Hacia mediados del siglo XIX, el lugar tenía contabilizada una población de 96 habitantes. La localidad aparece descrita en el decimoprimer volumen del Diccionario geográfico-estadístico-histórico de España y sus posesiones de Ultramar de Pascual Madoz de la siguiente manera:
