Miranda de Arga (Basque: Miranda Arga) is a town and municipality located in the province and autonomous community of Navarre, northern Spain. The prominent 16th-century theologian Bartolomé Carranza was born in 1503 at Miranda de Arga, member of a noble family which had its estates there.

Fiestas:
La patrona es la Virgen del Castillo, y sus fiestas se celebran en agosto con tradicionales encierros de reses bravas y música hasta la madrugada. Del 23 al 28 de agosto.
A mediados de julio de celebra el día del mundo rural en el que se reviven oficios de otros tiempos caídos en el olvido.
El día de la caza en honor de los cazadores, organizado por la junta de caza. fin de semana más cercano al 12 de octubre.
El día de la juventud. Siguiente fin de semana de Sanfermines
Deporte:
El equipo de fútbol de la localidad es el Castillo F.C., que milita en la categoría regional preferente.
El grupo de BTT/Running Miranda de Arga fomenta la práctica de dichos deportes. Para ello, organiza diferentes actos deportivos: carreras, salidas periódicas de entrenamiento, quedadas BTT, etc.
Desde 2013, el 31 de diciembre de cada año tiene lugar la carrera popular San Silvestre de Miranda de Arga Archivado el 28 de agosto de 2019 en Wayback Machine. por las calles del pueblo.
