Su término municipal está formado por Fuenteliante y el despoblado de Centenares, ocupa una superficie total de 50,16 km² y según los datos demográficos recogidos en el padrón municipal elaborado por el INE en el año 2025, cuenta con una población de 80 habitantes.
En la plaza del municipio se encuentra la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.
Su actividad económica principal es la ganadería, de raza morucha sobretodo.
