Escorihuela is a municipality located in the province of Teruel, Aragon, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 200 inhabitants.
History
Los elementos importantes de su patrimonio son la iglesia de La Inmaculada Concepción, las dunas fósiles, los Aljezares, el Centro de Interpretación del Espliego y el Monumento al Espigolero.
El hecho histórico más relevante de la villa es la llamada Sentencia de Escorihuela, año 1277, que se considera el origen de la independencia municipal.
