Corera is a village and municipality in the province and autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain. The municipality covers an area of 8.2 square kilometres (3.2 sq mi) and as of 2011 had a population of 278 people.

History
Corera se constituyó como municipio independiente el 20 de abril de 1871, siendo hasta entonces un núcleo integrado en el municipio de Ocón. Gobantes, en su diccionario, engloba en la Tierra de Ocón diez aldeas: Aldealobos, Las Ruedas, Los Molinos, Oteruelo, Pipaona, Santa Lucía, San Julián, El Redal y Corera, además de la propia La Villa de Ocón, capital de este territorio. Entre 1842 y 1865, tres de estos pueblos, Corera, El Redal y Galilea, por este orden, se independizan de la metrópoli, dando lugar así a municipios independientes.
