History
Ciruelos de Cervera is a municipality located in the province of Burgos, Castile and León, Spain.
According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 144 inhabitants.
Monuments
El principal edificio de este núcleo es la iglesia parroquial dedicada a San Sebastián Mártir. La iglesia presenta una cabecera y pórtico gótico característico del siglo XIII. En el siglo XVIII una fuerte remodelación la amplia con dos naves laterales, el traslado de la fachada del lado Sur a los pies de la iglesia y el cierre de la puerta con un frontón. De este mismo momento parece ser la torre actual. La modificación neoclásica está datada en 1783 como recoge la clave del arco superior de la fachada principal. La fachada se cierra con una escultura del patrón de la iglesia, San Sebastián Mártir.
