Castellanos de Moriscos is a village and municipality in the province of Salamanca, western Spain, part of the autonomous community of Castile-Leon. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from the city of Salamanca and as of 2003 has a population of 406 people. The municipality covers an area of 14 km2 (5.4 sq mi). The village lies 835 metres (2,740 ft) above sea level. The postal code is 37439.

History
Su término municipal está formado por las localidades de Alto del Barro, Castellanos de Moriscos, polígono industrial y la urbanización La Almunia, además de por los despoblados de El Praíto, Fuente Pedraza y Prado del Valle, ocupa una superficie total de 13,84 km² y según los datos demográficos recogidos en el padrón municipal elaborado por el INE en el año 2025, cuenta con una población de 3149 habitantes.
